As the items we supply are Perishable, the responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that the parcel is accepted on the day of delivery. If an attempt was made to deliver and was failed due to nobody being present at home, then the responsibility and liability for the loss of goods lies with the customer, in this respect no claim can be made against Evergreen Foods.

Our courier service will aim to deliver your goods between the times of 8.00 Am – 6.00 Pm. Delivery may sometimes take an additional day due to seasonal variations or volume.
- Your delivery will arrive in an insulated box containing ice packs and is chill test safe for up to 48 hours in an unopened consignment.
- It is important that all products should be refrigerated as soon as you open your package.
- All orders are delivered by our logistics partner Apc overnight couriers.
It is important that you ensure somebody is present at the delivery address to collect your order, or alternatively, please make sure you fill in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ and provide the driver with as many details as possible – for instance you may request to have your box delivered to a neighbour’s house or put in a safe place (shed or porch). The courier will always look for a safe location to leave your parcel should you not leave any delivery instructions and there is nobody home to collect the goods.
We deliver to all post-codes throughout England and Wales and a large portion of Scotland, however there are some remote locations to which we cannot provide a delivery service. We cannot deliver to some postcodes,
