Angus Halal Beef Short Ribs

Short ribs are one of the most flavourful cuts on the animal, with layers of marbling that melt into the meat as it cooks low and slow. Our Angus short ribs can be left whole for a statement braise or cut into large, medium or small pieces for curries and stews. Choose fat on for extra richness or fat off for a leaner result.

Butcher's tip

Brown the ribs hard on every side, then braise covered at 150°C for three hours until the meat slides off the bone.
