About this product

Blue swimming crab has sweet, delicate meat and adds rich seafood flavour to soups and curries. These come cut and frozen, ready to add to the pot. One kilo is plenty for a family soup.

Best for

Seafood okra soup
Crab curry
Seafood stew

Butcher's tip

Add crab to the pot in the final ten minutes so the meat stays sweet and tender.
