About this product

Fillet is the leanest and most tender cut of beef, prized for its soft, buttery texture. Each HMC certified Angus fillet steak weighs roughly 250 to 300g, a generous single portion. It needs very little: good seasoning, a hot pan and a few minutes of rest.

Butcher's tip

Bring the steak to room temperature, sear in a smoking hot pan for two to three minutes each side, then baste with butter and garlic before resting.
