About this product

Mix boti combines boneless meat with pieces on the bone, giving a curry both substance and the deep flavour that only bones add. It is the classic choice for beef qorma, aloo gosht and everyday salan. Choose your piece size and how much fat you want left on.

Butcher's tip

Pressure cook for 25 to 30 minutes or simmer for around two hours until the meat comes away easily from the bone.
