About this product
This whole Angus fillet, roughly 1.0 to 1.2kg, is trimmed and ready to be wrapped for a Beef Wellington. It is lean, tender and even in shape, so it cooks evenly from end to end. It can also be roasted whole or cut into fillet steaks.
