About this product
Kebab mince is ground to a finer texture than everyday mince so it binds well around a skewer and shapes neatly into kebabs. It is the base for seekh kebab, shami kebab and chapli style patties. Mix in your own spices or a ready kebab masala.

Chill the spiced mince for 30 minutes before shaping and wet your hands lightly; it holds on the skewer much better when cold.
