About this product

Chicken liver is soft, rich and full of flavour, and it cooks in just a few minutes. Fry it with onions and spices for a classic kaleji, or blend it into a smooth pâté. It is also one of the most affordable cuts in the shop.

Butcher's tip

Do not overcook liver; fry for two to three minutes each side so it is just firm with a hint of pink inside, then season at the end.
