About this product

Prime wings are selected for size, giving you more meat on each piece than standard wings. They are ideal when wings are the main event rather than a side. Season them simply or marinate them in your favourite sauce.

Best for

Main course wings
Barbecue
Fried chicken nights

Butcher's tip

Grill prime wings over indirect heat for 25 minutes, then move them over the coals for the last five minutes to crisp the skin.
