About this product

A whole leg on the bone is the classic centrepiece for a family roast or a celebration. Roast it whole, or ask us to cut it into large, medium or small pieces. Choose fat on for a self basting roast or fat off for a leaner joint.

Butcher's tip

For raan, marinate overnight with yoghurt, ginger, garlic and spices, then roast covered at 160°C for three hours.
