About this product

Lamb liver is milder and softer than beef liver, with a smooth texture when cooked quickly. Fried with onions and spices it makes a classic kaleji. We cut it into large, medium or small pieces.

Add salt only at the end of cooking; salting liver early draws out moisture and makes it firm.
