About this product

A whole lamb is the best way to cater for a large family, a celebration or Qurbani style sharing. Our butchers cut it into large, medium or small pieces to your instructions, with the fat on or off. Add notes if you want any joints kept whole.

Plan around 300g of meat on the bone per person when catering, and keep the legs whole if you want a roast centrepiece.
