Rajah Crushed Red Chilli 200g

Rajah crushed chilli is made from dried red chillies broken into coarse flakes with their seeds. It adds visible colour and a building heat to karahi, pizza, eggs and marinades.

How to use it

Bloom the flakes in hot oil for a few seconds at the end of cooking for a quick, fragrant chilli tarka.
