About this product

Smokey Alabama marinade brings smoky, slightly sweet flavours inspired by Southern American barbecue. On lean breast it gives a rich crust and tender centre. Choose your cut for burgers, wraps or skewers.

Best for

  • Smoky chicken burgers
  • Pulled style wraps
  • Barbecue

Butcher's tip

Cook over indirect heat and close the barbecue lid to build extra smoke flavour.
