Cabbage White

White cabbage has tightly packed, crunchy leaves that keep well in the fridge. Shred it raw for slaw or salad, or cook it with peas and spices for bandh gobhi sabzi.

Best for

• Cabbage and peas sabzi
• Coleslaw
• Stir fries

Kitchen tip

Cut out the hard core and slice the leaves finely so they cook evenly in a hot pan.
