About this product

Mutton comes from mature sheep and has a deeper, stronger flavour than lamb, much loved in traditional curries. Half a mutton weighs roughly 10 to 15kg and is cut into large, medium or small pieces to your instructions. Choose your weight band and fat preference.

Mutton benefits from a longer simmer than lamb; allow two hours, or 40 minutes in a pressure cooker.
