About this product

Charga is a Lahori speciality: whole chicken marinated in spices, steamed and then deep fried. This masala gives it the classic red colour and tang.

Best for

  • Lahori charga
  • Roast chicken
  • Fried chicken pieces

How to use it

Steam the marinated chicken until cooked before frying, so it stays juicy inside.
