About this product

The Mignon Masterpiece Box holds four fillet mignon steaks cut from grass fed Angus beef and HMC certified. Fillet mignon is the tenderest steak of all, lean with a buttery texture. Each steak is vacuum packed to stay fresh until you cook it.

Butcher's tip

Tie a piece of string around each steak to keep its round shape, sear for two minutes per side and finish in a 200°C oven for four minutes.
